The first day of summer kicked off with a bang, when Beyond launched the world first Hibiscus-infused Coconut Water at Melbourne’s Botanical Gardens.
It was no surprise that the fashionable crowd, including Lindy Klim, Lola Berry, Tania Zaetta, Rhys Uhlich, Pierrick Boyer and Kristie Jandric sipped through bottles of the new flavour right through the night.
The new Hibiscus-infused flavour with its subtle hints of raspberry and rhubarb makes for the perfect, thirst-quenching beverage of choice over the festive season.
Along with the temperature our celebrity fan base further increased, with Beyond seen in the hands of Channel 10’s Helen Kapalos, Presenter Brodie Young and Spice Girl Melanie B.
Our favourite Aussie athletes also chose Beyond to keep them refreshed, reenergized and revitalized. Footballers such as Buddy Franklin, Brad Sewell, Chris Tarrant & Nathan Young all loving the thirst-quenching goodness of coconut water, as pre season training stepped up a notch.
Our events schedule was busier than over, with Beyond sponsoring the Great Australia Day Swim. Our signature bottles seen in the hands of every race-goer as well as huge inflatable bottles used as markers for competitors, reminding them where to turn when thirsty!
Some of our swimming fans include Olympians Andrew Lauterstein, Sophie Edington, Ash Delaney, Matt Targett & Michael Klim, all reaching for Beyond at the end of the race.
Other recent events saw Beyond Coconut Water at the Portsea Polo, Buddy Franklin’s fashion store ‘Neverlands’ Opening, The Channel Nine Christmas Party show bags, and in the gift bags at Steve Madden shoe store launch.
Along with its huge success in Australia, Beyond Coconut Water is also continuing to win fans internationally, keeping customers in Canada, New Zealand and South Korea cool as coconuts. We are looking forward to expanding to American shelves in October with the large American distributer who will be supplying Wholefoods and other leading premium retail chains.
